Pack Meetings
Pack meetings include cub scouts of all ages in grades K-5th and occur monthly on Monday evenings at 6:45 pm at Beach Park Elementary School. Meetings typically last an hour long, and families are encouraged to stay as it is not a drop-off event.
2026-’27 Pack Meetings:
- AUGUST 17 – Fall recruitment meeting. Come enjoy a PowerPoint info session about our scouting program. Both prospective and current scouts will be making paper rockets to launch and meeting some of the leadership while assembling a worm-and-dirt dessert
- AUGUST 31 – Preparation for our family campout at Boothbay Park in Foster City from September 12-13
- OCTOBER 12 – Learning about family and reverence with a Day of the Dead activity
- NOVEMBER 2 – TBD

Pack Activities

2026-’27 Pack Activities:
- SEPTEMBER 12 to 13 – Boothbay Park family campout with dinner, campfire program, and s’mores dessert
- DECEMBER 5 – Coast Guard Air Station visit
- MARCH 6 and 20 – Pinewood derby workshops in preparation to race cars
- APRIL 10 – Pinewood derby race day
- More events to come as scheduled by leadership
Den Meetings
Cub scout den meetings are organized by grade level, with activities aimed at earning specific ranks. Dens are segmented by school grade and correspond to the rank being pursued that year. A monthly gathering is arranged by the Den Leader, often at the Foster City Community Center or a local park. Meetings are promptly added to the calendar and communicated via den-specific Slack channels.
Council Activities
Pacific Skyline Council offers a variety of activities throughout the year. This is a great way to own additional adventures badges.

- NOVEMBER 30 @ 4-7pm: Lion & Tiger Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree – Sign up here; for kindergarten (lion) and 1st grade (tiger) scouts
- DECEMBER 5 @ 4-6pm: Winter Family Fun Fest! – Sign up here; make gingerbread houses and holiday crafts while enjoying hot chocolate and cookies
Other Activities
- OCTOBER 9 to 10: Scout overnight campout at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. More information found HERE
Committee Meetings
Committee Meetings are held virtually on Mondays from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. We will review the current status of the pack, upcoming events, ask questions, and provide feedback to leadership. A Google Meet link will be provided a week in advance, and attendance is mandatory for all parents who hold a leadership position.
